'Tis the season to be jolly!
We are very excited to be back at the fabulous Furbabies Spa in the run up to Christmas!
Each 30 minute bookable session is for one dog, and will include some classic head shots against a choice of 2 coloured backgrounds, PLUS a festive shoot with some lovely, simple Christmas themed props (feel free to bring your own festive jumpers and bandanas!). The session costs £65 and includes 2 professionally edited, high resolution files, PLUS an additional Christmas image that I'll have a bit of fun with by adding some bespoke text (if you'd like)*. This will be perfect to use for printed cards, send as eCards, have as your Christmas social media post or just to make you smile! We'll have complimentary fizz on the day, and each good boy and girl goes home with an extra Christmas present to go under the tree. Cue the Christmas zoomies!!
*You are more than welcome, but under no obligation to purchase additional images from the session which are available at a discounted rate.
Booking is essential, as there are unlikely to be walk in slots available. Please arrive on time to make the most of your session (and enjoy a glass of fizz!). It goes without saying it does help if your dog can sit to command.

Do I need to book?
Spaces are limited, and there is no guarantee that walk-ins can be accommodated, so it's better to book to avoid disappointing your dog! Call or mail me if you are unsure of using online booking!

What's included in the cost?
The package includes three edited high resolution classic headshot images, which you can choose from a gallery sent to you following your shoot. One of these can be a Christmas themed one, which I'm happy to add text to to create a Christmas card
I will have 2 /3 background colours with me and we can shoot against each
Each dog will receive a complimentary Christmas present to take away with them.
My dog is very nervous - can I still attend?
The shoot will take place in Fur Babies Pet Spa, which is opening especially for this event. (No grooming is happening on the day). Every allocated slot is just for your dog/dogs.
If you know your dog to be especially shy, nervous or reactive then maybe it's best they sit this one out.
These sessions are a little quicker than my regular studio sets, but we still have time to let the dogs get used to new sights, sounds, smells and equipment. The sessions use flash studio lights which the majority of dogs are more than fine with.
It obviously does help if they have a basic sit and stay (even if thy stay is very short!)
Your dog can stay on the lead if you prefer and we can use the magic of photoshop to edit this out!

Most dogs really enjoy the ‘sit, stay, treat’ aspect of the shoot and see it as a game. If your dog shows signs of distress or is visibly uncomfortable with the situation we will stop the shoot.
Can I be in the shot with my dog?
This is a chance for your dog to shine, so I ask you not to and steal their limelight and ask to be in the shot!
Can I purchase more images and order prints?
Absolutely! If you'd like to choose more images, you are more than welcome (but under no obligation) to purchase more high resolution files at a discounted price of £20 per image. I am more than happy to advise and help with printing options and artwork.
Can I bring more than one dog?
Each bookable session is for one dog. If you'd like to bring another dog, please book two back to back sessions so we can photograph each individually and also together (as long as they like each other and want to be in the same picture!). You will receive an additional high resolution image of the two of them (in addition to the three images you get per individual session)

Timings - what do I need to know?
Please be on time for your session! I will try my best to accommodate you if you are running a little late, but it will impact on the next doggie, so please be aware of this, as it will potentially shorten your slot.
Equally, I hope not to keep you waiting, but dogs will be dogs and sometimes things run a little behind.
Each session lasts 30 minutes, but if we get all the shots we need in 20 minutes, that's perfect. Your dog is a star and can be rewarded with a good walk and some extra treats!
